About
A single supplier for business telecoms and IT.
DTEL is a UK telecom and it sales business. We source, supply and support the connectivity, voice, mobile and IT that organisations run on — and we consolidate it.
01What we do
Most businesses buy connectivity from one vendor, phones from another, mobile from a third and hardware from a fourth — and then spend their time refereeing between them when something breaks. DTEL exists to collapse that.
We supply five product lines and the managed delivery that ties them together, so what would otherwise be four suppliers, four contracts and four support numbers becomes one relationship: one contract, one bill, one place to call.
02How we buy and supply
We buy from the carriers, networks and vendors behind these services and supply them onward to businesses as a single, managed package. That means the specification, the ordering and the ongoing support all run through one place.
The value isn’t a logo on a homepage — it’s that the joins between services stop being your problem. When a circuit, a phone system and a set of devices all have to work together, someone has to own the whole picture. That’s the job.
03How we work
Four commitments.
- survey_first
We don't quote before we know
Line checks and, where needed, a site survey come before any number. A price given without knowing what's deliverable at your address isn't a quote — it's a guess.
- one_contact
One point of contact
Across connectivity, voice, mobile and IT, you deal with us. We handle escalation to the underlying carriers and vendors rather than leaving you to coordinate them.
- plain_language
Plain language
Telecom runs on acronyms. We explain what you're buying, what it depends on and where the trade-offs are, in terms a business owner can act on.
- no_lock_in_theatre
No lock-in theatre
Documentation is handed over, migrations have rollback points, and the setup isn't held hostage in one person's head. You should always know what you have.
Work with one supplier.
